What we collect
Your name, mobile number, employer, vehicle and driver details, and the documents you upload to support your application.
How we use it
To produce quotes, process your application, share it with the insurer and your employer's HR team where needed for approval and payroll deduction, and issue your policy.
Who sees it
The insurer handling your application and, for payroll deduction, authorised HR staff at your employer. We do not sell personal data.
Storage and retention
Documents are stored securely and kept only as long as needed for your policy and legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by contacting your HR team or the support address shown in the app.
